Hi, I’m Jess, the owner and lead designer behind AlmaRose. I am a sustainable florist based in Minnesota serving the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. I specialize in event floristry, in-home floral design, and custom floral arrangements using locally grown and seasonal flowers whenever possible.
With a background in surface design, I bring a strong eye for color, texture, and composition to every arrangement. My work is inspired by nature, thoughtful design, and the belief that flowers should feel intentional, elevated, and personal.
At AlmaRose, I focus on sustainable floristry practices, including sourcing from local flower farms whenever possible and growing many of my own flowers . This allows me to create unique floral designs while supporting local growers and reducing environmental impact.
Along with flowers grown in her own Excelsior, Minnesota garden, Jess uses plants from her landscaping, foraged foliage, and flowers from local farmers and markets to create her textural, romantic designs. She is committed to working with foam-free, sustainable mechanics.
